Company reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice. Such subscription charged may also be on auto-renewal upon user selection and Company may not intimate the user on auto-renewal charges.○ Financial Reimbursement

Please note that Company is not obligated to entertain or approve refund requests under certain circumstances, including purchases made under a free trial exceeding 7 days or those that violate our Refund Policy. Each user is entitled to one refund only, as per applicable laws. Once a refund for a subscription is confirmed, access to your Company membership will be terminated. Refunds will not be issued to users found engaging in fraudulent activities or violating our Terms and Community Guidelines, as determined at our sole discretion. This includes users who have been deactivated for such reasons. If your subscription was obtained through a third-party service, please refer to their refund policy.○ Cease of Service Usage

- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Academy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the customer's use of the Company site or any part thereof or any breach of this Agreement.
○ Account Options
To utilize the Service's full features, you must hold a valid company account. Registration requires you to provide a username, valid email address, and other necessary details ("Registration Data"). During this process, you will select a secure password and username for your profile. You are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.- Use your account individually and refrain from sharing it.
- Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breaches to the company in writing.
- Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Regularly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
- Modify your personal data anytime through the "Settings" on your account profile.
- If a Paid Service is suspended or canceled, your access to any related information may be terminated, for which the company disclaims any responsibility for data loss.
- Guard your account and any Paid Services you purchase against unauthorized or fraudulent use. Immediately report any suspicious activity to the company.
- Refunds for payments made before reporting unauthorized or fraudulent account activity are not issued. The company reserves the right to close or cancel accounts used for unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any aspect of the Paid Services without express written permission from the company is strictly prohibited.
- The company disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.
